We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday.

Any orders placed after 10:00 Monday – Thursday will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 12:00 Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be processed Monday.

Within promotional periods and holiday seasons (including Bank Holidays), our dispatch process may be longer but our Walsh Team are working on your order.

Once dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to activate.

Store Pick Up:

​

We aim to process store collections as soon as possible but this may take up to 1-2 working days. Please await your pick up confirmation email before collecting your order. We ask that you bring along your order confirmation or order number and proof of ID for pick up.

​

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pick up confirmation email. Failure to collect your order within this time will result in your order being refunded.

International Update:

As the UK has left the European Union, orders to Europe may now be affected with additional terms and customs procedures. 

Orders to the EU may be subject to VAT and customs duties at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.

The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods and are not decided by Walsh. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country and we cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the embassy or customs authority of your destination country for help.

Orders to Non-EU destinations may be liable to customs charges. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note, delays can occur from delivery couriers and customs which are out of our control.
